From the unfinished files, here is the “61 Hours” portion of the 3 Days short I was working on a few years ago. It’s technically part 2, but I’ve always named them with the # of hours remaining in the story. Shame we never finished this one; I put a lot of time and effort into it and learned a LOT. This is still a rough cut, although the motion smoothing is applied and the sound is roughed in. There were 5 or 6 parts planned for this before we lost actors to apathy and to the East Coast and everyone pretty much gave in.
This one doesn’t need to be on YouTube – it’ll never need views, but it’s fun to look at to imagine what could have been. And as the only one who remembers the original footage and knows how much work went into the edit, I’m really happy with the smoothing, too. #GimbalsAreHard
