…but ill say it anyway. last night was Kims birthday celebration at el Aztecas in the city–the usual venue–and it was fun. Mike, Katie and myself had talked about catching a cab home (a new idea, but since there were three of us, not an impossibility) and then when it turned out that Tom lived three blocks away, it just turned into a perfect idea. It was the first cab ride home from the city ever and boy was it fun. I ended up spending a little more than I had intended to last night, but thats okay–birthday celebrations are worthwhile.
also last night, I spent a little time talking to people about my networking idea and I really think that it can work–I always get support wherever I go and talk about it, which I take to be a good sign. I can spend some time today working on the research plan and getting a list of POCs and UPMs to contact as soon as the package is ready.
Thats it for now, although Im sure there will be more later, esp. if I end up spending a lot of time on the computer today.
